We are looking for a mid-level or senior-level creative writer with a mastery of brand voice, writing styles, and client leadership. We’re the brand identity house of the South. Our job is to help challenger brands take their identity to the next level by uncovering what makes them radically relevant, and leveraging their unique position to create a compelling brand identity.
Our team has three main practices: brand strategy, verbal identity, and visual identity all in service of our focused expertise in launching and refreshing brand identities of all sizes. This role will lead the writing efforts on select projects and closely collaborate with other writers, strategists, designers, and project managers. This role is responsible for direct contribution to our verbal work for a wide range of clients and will report directly to our Brand Strategy Director. We believe in close collaboration with our clients, and this role will work directly with founders, CMOs and CEOs to help lead them through our brand voice and verbal identity process.

Where We Work
This full-time opportunity can be fully remote, or a hybrid role based in Atlanta, and may include some client travel (when safe and appropriate to do so) as well as occasional in-person Matchstic team meetings.
