Matchstic is hiring a Sales Coordinator to enable our sales team to be more strategic in their day-to-day work. This role will be the central hub of all sales activities within the organization by leading all communication with both clients and teammates, writing proposals, preparing pitch decks, and keeping the pipeline software up to date at all times. Being able to work in a highly collaborative team environment, having attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer service is a must. This is a junior-level position with opportunities for learning and growth within the sales team. The Sales Coordinator reports to the Business Development Director. It is only necessary to apply to one job in our system to be considered for all jobs.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Aid sales teams by contributing administrative, technical, and clerical support
  • Respond to communications from prospects quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate meeting and proposal requests 
  • Maintain prospect and opportunity information in the sales system
  • Attend virtual discovery and pitch meetings with clients as needed each day
  • Capture and log next steps and requests from client meetings
  • Compose and proofread presentations and sales proposal documents
  • Keep in contact with prospective clients throughout the sale, following up with calls to provide additional information as needed.
  • Produce sales reports as needed
  • Keep sales software up to date
  • Support the sales and marketing department in the production of client case studies
  • Organize internal meetings with Sales Development Team and Creative Team
  • Follow-up with past customers

    Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years overall in a supporting or sales service function.
  • Experience in writing business proposals or business correspondence
  • Ability to attend virtual meetings with video on
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Have an aptitude for being organized and detail-oriented
  • Project a courteous and professional image at all times
  • Quick Communication & responses during basic working hours (9 - 5 EST)
  • Natural ability to follow through on tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Basic understanding of Apple Keynote presentation software, proficiency a plus


Where We Work

This full-time opportunity can be fully remote, or a hybrid role based in Atlanta and may include some client travel (when safe and appropriate to do so) as well as occasional in-person Matchstic team meetings.
